Most of this game is about recruiting employees through AI-power text chat conversations. AI Characters are able to describe their proficiencies, their compensation needs, but they also have personal convictions, preferences for co-workers, and maybe a history with some of them. However, then the team is tested in a "mission" that includes gathering recyclable resources, processing them into goods, and distributing these goods. This takes place in a virtual city. [single player, monitor+mouse+keyboard]
