Balázs Benyó received his MSc in electrical engineering from the Budapest University of Technology and Economics (BME), Hungary, in 1992. He received a CSc degree from the Hungarian Academy of Sciences and a PhD from BME in 1998. He is a full professor at the Department of Control Engineering and Information Technology, BME. His research interests include physiological system modelling, model-based medical diagnostic and treatment, medical imaging and image processing, and mobile and contactless technologies.
